These Terms of Use govern access to and use of VAG Intelligence. By requesting access, creating an account, or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

VAG Intelligence is a subscription market-intelligence platform covering capital projects, tenders, and company activity across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, operated by Vertex Advisory Global ("VAG," "we," "us"). Content is provided for general business and research purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, engineering, or procurement advice. Decisions made on the basis of platform content are your own responsibility.

2. Accounts and subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed per the tier and term (monthly or annual) confirmed at signup, per the current pricing page.
Annual plans renew for successive annual terms unless cancelled before the renewal date; monthly plans renew monthly.
You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Enterprise terms (users, markets, integrations) are as set out in your executed order form, which supplements these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You may use platform content for your own internal business purposes. You may not, without our prior written consent:

Redistribute, resell, or republish platform data or evidence records to third parties
Systematically scrape, mirror, or bulk-export the platform beyond the export limits of your subscription tier
Reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass access controls that gate content by subscription tier
Use the platform to build a competing intelligence product

4. Data accuracy and the evidence standard

We hold every published record to the verification standard described in our Methodology. Even so, platform content reflects publicly available and reported information at the time of verification and may not reflect subsequent developments. We correct errors when identified and note that a correction was made, per our Governance Standards, but we do not guarantee completeness or that any given project, tender, or figure remains current at the moment you view it.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, its design, the VAG ID system, and our compiled and verified datasets are the property of Vertex Advisory Global. Underlying facts are drawn from public sources and are not exclusive to us; our compilation, verification, and evidence linkage of those facts is what's protected.

6. Payment and refunds

Fees are billed in advance for the applicable term. Except where required by law or separately agreed in an order form, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

7. Termination

Either party may decline to renew at the end of a term. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, including violation of Section 3. Enterprise agreements terminate per their order form.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vertex Advisory Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of [Dammam / Eastern Province], Saudi Arabia, unless your executed order form specifies otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
